The National Flood Insurance Program has been reauthorized retroactive to June 1, 2010, extending the Program through September 30, 2010. Insurance companies can now issue new and renewal coverage according to normal NFIP rules as well as mail out renewal offers that have been on hold during the lapse.

Hurricane Season begins June 1 and ends November 30. Although we are never ready to experience a major storm, we must all be prepared. Please review your insurance policies and contact us if you have any questions or need to make any changes. We ask that you do this as soon as possible. When there is a named storm within specified coordinates, insurance companies will not write new nor increase current property coverage. Read more...
